Finelok

High Quality, High Pressure valves and fittings manufactured in the USA: Pipe & Weld Fittings / Quick Connect / Ball Valves (1,000-10,000 psi) / Needle Valves (300-10,000 psi) / Check & Relief Valves / Filter & Plug Valves / Gauge & Manifolds.

Finelok offers Specialty Alloy Solutions such as Titanium, Duplex Stainless Steel and Iconel Alloys.

Due to their high tensile strength to density ratio, high corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high crack resistance, and ability to withstand moderately high temperatures without creeping, titanium alloys are used in a variety of industrial applications. Including, resistance to corrosion in a wide variety of environments including seawater, salt brines, inorganic salts, bleaches, wet chlorine, alkaline solutions, oxidizing acids and organic acids.

Duplex steel stainless steel has a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite, the aim usually being to produce a 50/50 mix, although in commercial alloys the ratio may be 40/60. Duplex stainless steels have roughly twice the strength compared to austenitic stainless steels and also improved resistance to localized corrosion, particularly pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

Inconel alloys are oxidation- and corrosion-resistant materials well suited for service in extreme environments subjected to high pressure and kinetic energy. It is common in gas turbine blades, seals, and combustors, as well as turbocharger rotors and seals, electric submersible well pump motor shafts, high temperature fasteners, chemical processing and pressure vessels, heat exchanger tubing, steam generators and core components in nuclear pressurized water reactors,[15] natural gas processing with contaminants such as H2S and CO2.

Aquablast

Aquablast products like Aquablaster and Superstripper are moving the surface preparation industry forward to cleaner, safer and faster operations. Aquablast offers 55,000 psi (3,800 bar) UHP water blasting, the highest operating pressure in commercial use today and a range of technically supreme high-pressure water jetting pumps and accessories for a vast range of industrial applications.

Aquablast pioneered the use of Ultra High Pressure water blasting at operating pressures over 35,000 psi in the UK North Sea offshore oil and gas industry. Damage and pollution from dry abrasive blasting systems was a major problem on offshore oil and gas installations and the UHP water surface preparation technique, which could expose the original blast profile to white metal standard, went on to become an industry standard.
